Did mimikyus disguise hurt it after being broken in gen 7?

I swear It didn't hurt it but showdown seems to say otherwise(and yes its under gen 7 ou)

Generation VIII
When a Disguised Form Mimikyu's Disguise is busted, upon changing to its Busted Form it now loses HP equal to 1/8 of its maximum HP, rounded down, and not factoring in any increase in maximum HP due to Dynamax.

It only came into effect in Generation 8. I don't know why it occurred in Gen 7 OU.
