Is there a place to buy evolution stones in ORAS?

I'm resuming my ORAS Oak Challenge and I need to evolve an Eevee into Vaporeon before I can progress. However, hyper training for a stone is a pain. Is there any place I can buy the stones instead?

Well, the closet thing you can do to "buying" a Water Stone in ORAS is trading Blue Shards.

Here are the methods to obtain evolutionary stones:

Water Stone:

Route 124 (trade for Blue Shard with Treasure Hunter), Mauville City (Inverse Battle Stop), Secret Super Training (The Water Stone Cup Begins!, The Battle for the Best!), Route 106 (rematch with Fisherman Elliot), Secret Base ("Pick up stones" with Secret Pal)

Fire Stone:

Fiery Path Route 124 (trade for Red Shard with Treasure Hunter), Mauville City (Inverse Battle Stop), Secret Super Training (The Fire Stone Cup Begins!, The Battle for the Best!), Route 114 (rematch with Kindler Bernie), Secret Base ("Pick up stones" with Secret Pal)

Sun Stone:

There's no place to buy evolution stones in ORAS.
However, you can dive for colored shards and give them to the Treasure Hunter on route 124.

He lives in a small hut on Route 124, near Mossdeep City.

Yellow Shard ---> Thunder Stone
Green Shard ---> Leaf Stone
Blue Shard ---> Water Stone
Red Shard ---> Fire Stone

Additonally, you can find Fire Stones on route 123 and Fiery Path, as well as Leaf Stones on Route 119/124.
