I first want to say one thing: Don't ever use Burmy in competitive. Ever.

EVs: 36 HP / 236 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Bug Bite
- Electroweb
- Tackle
- Protect

Bug Bite is STAB. Electroweb lowers Speed. Tackle is another attacking move. Protect is to pointlessly stall turns with this awful excuse for a Pokemon.
