Is Scizor a decent False Swiper?

Just wondering as I know it has a great movepool and potential with Technician for catching mons.

There is nothing such as 'decent' false swiper. All Pokemon who can learn false swipe are useable (until they have a bad match-up against the wild Pokemon :P). Yeah technician gives it a boost so your work will be faster. So you can use it as your 'catch-help'.

Actually some are better than others. Breloom is considered one of the best, because it has acess to spore and technician
