I'm working on a small project, and I need to make a TM list. For consistency's sake, I'd like all the TMs that have always been TMs to be included in this list. TMs that were turned into TRs also count.

Do TRs count? Like if it was a TM but became a TR?

Thanks! But it says on Bulbapedia and the DB that Bullet Seed wasn't a TM in gens 5-7. I'm not sure if any others were like that.
