How does Poison Touch effect multi-hit moves?

I’m making a team in hackmons, and I was wondering how Beat up and other multihit moves work with Poison Touch? Does each hit have a chance to poison, or is it just one chance at the beginning?

Each hit has a chance to poison. A Moltres switched into my Rapid Strike style Urshifu, which used Surging Strikes (which as you probably know is a 3-hit move). On the 2nd hit, Urshifu got burned by Flame Body.

Also

Poison Touch's chances also apply independently for each hit of a multi-strike move.
