Hello I would like to ask if there are good sweeping Pokemons that can learn a fire type move and a water type move and a grass type move? I would need it for my starter type sweeping. Any type of attacker will be fine like a special attacker or physical attacker is fine.

Any format or in-game?
Umm... Why both water and grass? They both hit rock and ground types.

While Octillery does learn all three (Water STAB/Energy Ball/Fire Blast), it isn't a good sweeper. The slow twins do learn Water move/Grass Knot/Flamethrower or Fire Blast, but only the Galarian forms use them properly, since the Kantonian slow twins are used best as bulky Future Sight pivots.

Slowbro-Galar @ Quick Claw
Ability: Quick Draw
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature

  • Sludge Bomb
  • Scald / Hydro Pump
  • Fire Blast
  • Grass Knot

Slowking-Galar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 176 SpA / 80 SpD
Calm Nature

  • Future Sight
  • Scald
  • Flamethrower
  • Sludge Bomb / Grass Knot

Also, you never mentioned anything about older gens and Hidden Power, so Protean Greninja is going here.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Hydro Pump
  • Spikes
  • Grass Knot
  • Hidden Power [Fire]

The first Pokemon that comes to mind is Dragapult. It can learn moves such as flamethrower and scald, and on top of that it's a pseudo legendary. The only thing is your only option for grass type moves is solar beam, but water type moves already function very closely to grass moves, so I would say just stick with fire/water if you do decide to run dragapult.

Unless if you aren't in gen 8, in which I'm going to feel like a huge idiot. In that case, I'd see the first answer in this post

The best Pokemon that can learn all of these moves is Octillery. It has access to Scald, Flamethrower, and Energy Ball. It has an amazing Ability in Moody. If you didn't know, at the end of every turn, it sharply raises a random stat and lowers another random one; this is what gives it good sweeping potential. Here is a set that might be worth using!

Octillery @ Life Orb
Ability: Moody
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Energy Ball
- Flamethrower
- Sludge Bomb / Flash Cannon

Scald, Energy Ball, and Flamethrower as the Fire/Grass/Water trio, and for coverage any special move (Sludge Bomb and Flash Cannon are my favourites). Protect is also good, as it gives you a free turn for Moody to activate again! Life Orb boosts attacks by 1.3x, good for a sweeper. The Nature and EVs let it hit incredibly hard, however beware that Octillery is not the fastest Pokemon (this is where Moody helps boost speed!)

Hope I helped! :D

There are some examples that come into my mind...

1.Octillery: Having a decently high Atk and SpA (both of them at 105 base power) grants to it a good amount of fire-power, plus, Octillery's movepool is very wide, having moves from almost every type like Flamethrower, Seed Bomb, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, etc. The only problem is its terrible speed, but that's not something that Trick Room or a speed swap in a double battle can fix, right?

2. Victini: 600 in total stats means a lot, doesn't it? And just like Octillery, its movepool's very wide. It doesn't has any attacking Water moves, tho, but I assume that isn't a problem for such strong Pkmn.

3. Delphox: Although it stands under the shadow of Greninja most of the time, the Fire-Psychic starter of Kalos can be still viable (assuming you're outside of gen 8, because it's not in Sword & Shield). its SpA (Delphox's highest base stat, with 114 base power) SpD and Spe are quite good, it has a quite decent movepool despite lacking some types. Grass Knot's a good move to have on it, considering how light it is compared to most of the Water, Rock, and Ground types it faces (it may not be the strongest, but hey: it gets part of the job done).

4. Infernape: (again, I'm assuming here that you aren't in Galar) another starter that comes in handy in some cases, Infernape's mixed movepool gives to it a wide variety of attacks to choose just like Octillery. While it can't learn any Water moves, having acces to so many moves like Close Combat, Earthquake, Poison Jab, U-turn, Stone Edge, and others can help you keep an advantage against your foe (if you play it right, of course).

If you ask me, Infernape it's your Go-to-choice outside of Galar, but if you're in Galar... well... use or try to get Victini if you can.

I'm pretty sure the asker wanted a Pokemon that learned moves of all 3 types, not some Pokemon who learned Grass and Fire moves. Only Octillery should be on this list.
I know lol
Eh, guess I tried ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
