Will my Eon Ticket disappear if I pass it on to somebody?

Question

I've had an Eon Ticket for a while now, and I'm looking to pass it on to Alpha Sapphire (which is on the same 3DS console), so I'm looking to give it to someone else through OR, so then I can play with them on AS, to get my eon ticket there. That being said, If I give my eon ticket to someone else, will mine disappear?
