Who is the weakest legendary and mythical?

By BST please, also, is a pseudo-legendary a non-legendary that has high enough stats to be a legendary, but isn't, I've never fully knew what that is.

Ok, so the weakest legendary is Cosmog, easily, however, if you don't want to count that or cosmoem, I believe they is Calyrex, with only 500. If you count Zygarde forms, then Zygarde-10% is the "weakest". The weakest mythical is Meltan, I believe.

The legendary with the worst stats is cosmog,at base 200.
The mythical with the worst stats is meltan,at base 300.
