Why is Giratina making Dialga noises?

In the Spear Pillar in Platinum, when Giratina is summoned by Cyrus, Dialga's cry will play instead of Giratina's cry.

Did the devs do this by accident?

Because the Tina ate a stuffed Dialga

It doesn't

In this video, you can hear both Dialga's and Palkia's cries. Furthermore, their cries are panned to the left and right speakers respectively, as Dialga is on the left and Palkia is on the right.
