Why isn't the second challenge appearing in my SoulSilver Safari Zone?

I am trying to set up my Safari Zone for safari week.

The second test is not showing. It has been over a week now.

Is it because I am switching the systems I use?

Three game-play hours after completion of the first challenge, Baoba
will call the player and give them their second challenge.
