Apparently, Pokemon Sun and Moon were found as newly copyrighted trademarks on the website of the EU's Intellectual Property Office on February 25th, 2016, the day before the Pokemon Direct that would announce the game. This seems to be the only time a game was leaked before it was announced.

Of course, apparently the entire source code of ZA and possibly parts of Gen 10 were acquired through the Teraleak last October, however they were not leaked to the public for "ethical reasons" lol.

You'd have to do more of your own research, but registering a trademark doesn't necessarily mean something. If my memory is correct, Pokemon Gray was/is also a registered trademark, one registered for the purpose of simply preventing anyone else from using it. Just thought it may be worth bringing up here, though if this is the only instance where it happened, this is obviously the closest it's ever gotten to a leak before announcement.
