Venipede may have that nice ability Speed Boost, But that Ability Is already taken by Carvanha which Is a better user of Speed Boost, an Excellent 90 attack stat, Venipede can only carve Itself as an Abra Counter Which Diglett already has that Role, With Beat Up and an Excellent 95 Speed, BUT, Venipede Is not Unfortunate! It works as an Abra Counter which Is the GOD of LC, You can use your Multi-Hit move that is STAB Pin Missile, Combined with Life Orb, This Obviously kills Abra, With Speed Boost, You could also try and Attempt to Kill that Diglett That Is taking your Role as an Abra Counter!

Steel Roller Is for Grookey Who Is always spamming Grassy Glide. That could atleast Force Grookey to " Switch Out
Skitter Smack can also Work out To Sacrifice your Venipede and Lower the Abra's Threatening 105 Sp.ATK, It Is also STAB.
Poison Jab Is another alternative for a Grookey Counter, (No not really a Smart player would use Grassy seed Grookey.)
Protect Is To get a Speed boost because of your Venipede's Low Speed.
Pin Missile Like I said, It's an Abra Counter.
