Why isn’t my shiny Shellos appearing in my Pokédex?

I caught my fourth shiny of Legends Arceus, a beautiful Shellos. However, unlike the others, her shiny form won’t show up in the Pokédex. How can I fix this?

I evolved her and the Gastrodon is appearing shiny; however the shiny form for Shellos just won’t show.

You have to press the - button to switch between shiny and non-shiny forms, you can’t just toggle with L/R like you can with gender and form differences.
