Does this Pomeg glitch work? And if that worked, will it be considered as a hack if I used in Little Cup contest?

It's there in Smogon's description about Little Cup...

No it isnt considered a hack. To be considered as a hack you must use an external hacking device known as AR(Action Replay) or any similar to ar. It is just a glitch.
