Can the Player and Torchic Sync Pair evolve in Pokemon Masters EX?

You can’t evolve the Torchic, as for now, it’s stuck as its base form.

Wow, that sucks. They just basically screwed Blaziken. May should have had Blaziken, and Tucker should have had Swampert because he canoniclly owns one. Thanks!
