I'm trying to get one of every item in Ultra Sun and I'd like to have a comprehensive list of everything. Serebii's list isn't helpful because it counts certain items as unobtainable when they're not (like the Bluk Berry) and Bulbapedia's lists every item, regardless of availability. If there's some item you can only get in Sun/Moon/Ultra Moon (but can be transferred to Ultra Sun, so nothing like the Enigmatic Card), please include those as well. TMs don't need to be listed, but every other category would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

It seems unrealistic to ask someone to list every single item in the game and how to get them.
I feel called out by that comment. Either way, 85% sure this is allowed so I’m clearing flags.

It’ll be useful for multiple people if they’re wondering if an item is actually obtainable or not. Could fall under a guide question, which then, is allowed
Mind if I chip in? I know I am a bit late for this, but I may have an answer for you, that is with some research. But before I get into this, I got a couple questions. My understanding of your question is that you are asking what are ALL items in Pokemon Ultra Sun that can be obtained, ignoring those that cannot be or are in Pokemon Ultra Moon, right? Also, if you don't mind me asking, what version are we talking about? I mean, is it another version other than 3DS, or are you talking about the 3DS version? I ask because this may help me answer your question more accurately.
Please post a comment unless your post really answers the question.
@Raptor I would like a list of every item that's obtainable in Ultra Sun without hacking. If the item is obtainable in Sun, Moon, or Ultra Moon, and can be transferred to Ultra Sun, please include that as well. If the item is obtainable in other games, but *not* obtainable in Ultra Sun (for example, the Enigmatic Card and the Razz Berry), please do not include it in the list.

I'm talking about the 3DS version.
OK, will get that list one way or another. Also, sorry, I didn't realize there was a comment option until now. I thought there was only the answer option. And Spleen? If you are reading this, thank you for your edit. I will try to get you, Amethyst, that list no later than tomorrow on here.
I know it wasn't what you asked for, but idiot here just got inspired by Chickenboy2004's comment. Should I include how to get the items? It may take longer, but at least you would have all the information you need. So what do you say?
If you want to, sure, but you don't have to. Also be certain it's accurate -- like I said, Serebii is missing a few items and their locations.

As a great man once said...
"Fine. I'll do it myself."

I compiled this spreadsheet of every item that you can a) get in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and b) place in the player's bag. The data comes from Bulbapedia's list of items by index number in Generation VII. I then went through and manually cleared the items that cannot be legitimately obtained in this gen. If you make a copy, the list is sortable numerically, hexadecimally, alphabetically, and by bag pocket for convenience.

I also added notes on items that can only be obtained by a specific save file and those that are consumed to advance the story. If you're attempting to 100% USUM, you unfortunately won't be able to keep every single item.

In terms of fashion items, there's a lot of weird intricacies to what can be found where and by whom. I omitted clothes from the list for this reason; if you're interested, consider Bulbapedia's article.
