Is it possible to to Masuda Method and have Dream World Ability?

I really want a shiny Gigalith with Dream World Ability

Of course, but the chances are very slim. Just make sure your Male pokemon is foreign, and the female pokemon has the Dream World ability.

To give you an example of the chances, just multiply the chances of getting a shiny using the Masuda method by the chances of getting an offspring pokemon with a Dream World ability.
