I’m nuzlocking White 2 on Challenge Mode, and feel the need to plan for some of the more difficult fights. Are AI IVs and EVs known for these trainers?

You'll probably get a better answer if you ask here: https://discord.com/invite/HqRC6ZU
I don't have a source for this, but it would probably be safe to assume that the challenge mode E4 for B2W2 have flawless IVs, looking at other E4s, such as Sinnoh. I don't think anyone really knows if the E4 have EVs in that game, or if they do, what they are. I couldn't find it on Serebi or Bulbapedia, and when I did a web search I came up dry. So I don't think we know. However in case you didn't know, they each have an extra Pokémon, and held items on all of their 'mons. Banette for Shauntal, Metagross for Caitlin, Absol for Grimsley, and Lucario for Marshal. (Metagross also becomes Caitlin's ace, rather than Gothielle). Iris's Pokémon stay the same, but they all get held items. My source: https://www.serebii.net/black2white2/elitefour.shtml
I did my calcs assuming max IVs/EVs, and my attacks did consistently more than I expected, so I would assume no EV training.
That's what I thought
Apparently you can find this information by using Lua to look inside the ROM. You can get some Lua scripts from here: https://www.speedrun.com/pkmnbw1/resources
Challenge Mode might (debatably) be easier than standard play because stats aren't readjusted for the higher levels. For example, Clay's L36 Excadrill will have the exact same damage output and defenses as his L33 Excadrill. You might be good to go if you can find a sheet of standard play stats somewhere.

There doesn't seem to be a clear consensus on if this is actually the case, however. https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/nuzlocke_forum/official-natures-movesets-and-stats-t3452.html#p1630226 sees IV jumps between Normal and Challenge mode, but there's a FlygonHG Nuzlocke (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMKsy2WJDK0&t=2078s) that ran into the same calcing issues as OP did.
