Does Transform copy the opponent's nature in addition to stat BVs/IVs/EVs/stages?

Likewise, does Imposter copy the opponent's nature?

Like you said, it copies the final stats of the pokemon, but I just want to clarify that the original nature still affects things like wether a berry confuses or not even though it doesn't affect stats.
