Transform v.s. Imposter in PP??

Question

In Generation V, when a pokemon (Ditto) uses Transform, he copies all the target pokemon in appearnace, abilities, and moves as well. However, the moves PP are cut down to 5 PP each.

My question is:
When Ditto transforms through its hidden ability, Imposter, are the moves PP still cut down to 5 PP each??
