How to unlock request number 33?

i finished request 6 to get request 33 but it wont show up on the bulletin board at professor laventon

You must first complete Research 6: Mushroom Cake Marketing to unlock this request. You will also need to catch 10 Pokemon after completing Request 6.

You must also catch ten Pokemon after completing the quest.
