I breed couple of same mons in soulsilver/platinum with the mother holding everstone so they all inherit 50% of the passed nature and power item for the father. When talking to the judge who tells me if my mon has a perfect IV, I have two offsprings with the same nature, Modest, and both has a perfect IV of defense and special attack. But the judge points SpA first for one and another Defense first. I know the first one is usually based on the personality- if the offspring’s personality is mischievous then the judge will point that SpA cant be better first.
Now my question is if the mon has three perfect IV, how does the judge determine which to point second and third?

The stats judge operates differently by generation. Which generation/s would you like to be covered in an answer?

It's different for Platinum and Heartgold/Soulsilver.

If 2 or more stats are tied for highest he will choose one randomly to talk about in Platinum. In Soulsilver and Heartgold, he cycles through the stats in this order: HP, Attack, Defense, Speed, Special Attack, Special Defense.

I hope that answers your question.
