I’m thinking of making a honchkrow set with super luck and High Crit chances and maybe a razor claw or scope lens, but would it be better to run scope lens, super luck, night slash and air cutter or would it be better to have a power herb to have super luck sky attack crit? I want to know the chances of landing a crit so I can know which is better.

Sky Attack now has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch. It also now has an increased critical hit ratio.

According to Bulbapedia, both Super Luck and Sky Attack add 1 stage of Critical Hit chance. This means using both you would have a +2 Critical Hit stage. In Generation 8 that gives you a 50% chance to have a Critical Hit with Sky Attack. If you add a Scope Lens, that adds another stage, giving you a guaranteed Critical Hit every time you use Sky Attack.

Hope I helped. If I am using the wrong generation, let me know and I will fix the odds.

I was looking for this in gen 8, it’s all good! If you could, could you tell me gen 7 too?
According to the source in this answer, the critical hit chances didn't change after gen 7.
