Is there a free heal between the final Elite Four member and the Champion in BDSP?

If you beat the entire elite four, will there be another room with nurse joy afterwards?

Do you mean before the Champion? If so, no. Once you beat the Champion, you get taken to a room where your Pokemon are put in the hall of fame, and after the credits your Pokemon will be healed again.

There is no free heal between the Elite Four and Cynthia, there is no free heal between the Elite Four and Champion in any game. The Elite Four and Champion are a challenge together. The only way to heal between the first Elite Four member and the Champion is with Potions and Revives that you buy at the Poke Mart, or berries collected throughout the game.

This is pedantic, but you can also heal with berries and other items that are not at Pokemarts.
