Is there a way to get Cacnea before the E4 in BDSP?

Cacturne is one of my favourite Pokémon and I was looking forward to using one on my team… until I realised you can’t get it until you get the national dex. Is there any way for me to get it beforehand so I can bring it with me for the Pokémon League?

Unless somebody trades it to you or you obtain the National Dex before beating the league, you cannot find Cacnea before E4.

If you trade in all 151 Pokemon in Sinnoh Dex, you can get the National Dex as long as you have beaten one gym leader.
