Gen V

Mr. Mime (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 236 SpA / 252 SpD / 20 Spe
Calm Nature
- Magical Leaf
- Icy Wind
- Charge Beam
- Psyshock

Make use of Technician. Icy Wind gets a boost and slows down the foe. Charge Beam is boosted and has a great chance of raising your Special Attack. This is a make-shift BoltBeam combo. Magical Leaf provides further coverage and gets boosted by Technician. Also, it can be used to hit Sand Veilers. Psyshock gets STAB. Life Orb gives your moves more power. The EVs give you some bulk, along with enough Speed and Special Attack for Icy Wind and Charge Beam to help out.

Nice!  Good coverages on various types, might consider a Technician Mr. Mime.
If it is holding the Life Orb, wouldn't the moves get enough power to overpass Technician? I could be wrong, but if I'm not, then maybe a different item would help, like maybe Leftovers or Sitrus Berry would work better. Other than that, great moveset!
LO damage is calculated after technician.
Okay. Cool. Great  moveset, trachy!

Role: Sweeper Killer

Mr. Mime (M) @ Leftovers

Ability: Filter
EVs: 30 HP / 30 Def / 196 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Split
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt
- Protect

Power Split ( Unlike power swap which only affects stat changed ) Is the obvious way to power down physical Sweepers, with his HORRIBLE physical defense, this screws them over.
And Thunder Wave takes their speed, and many times their ability to attack for a turn.
While Taunt stops toxic users Willo Wispers and to avoid being Taunted.
And Protect is for Leftovers stalling, and just plain annoying people with Taunt + Protect.

Power Swap only exchanges boosts to Attack and Special Attack, not the actual attack and special attack stats.
Fixed it.
Dude. This set is awesome!
too bad it doesn't look that cute in-game anymore!

Mr. Mime
Look at that cutie...
Mr. Mime (F) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 144 SpA / 252 SpD / 112 Spe
Calm / Modest Nature
- Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic
- Nasty Plot
- Light Screen / Reflect

  • Dazzling Gleam- (TM99)
Mr. Mime's only damaging Fairy-type move, along with the power to hit all oppponents.
  • Psychic- (Learns at Lv.39 and TM29)
The best Psychic type move- go-to, 100% accuracy, and a chance to lower SDef.
  • Nasty Plot- (Egg Move)
Yes, my minion! Think of bad thoughts to double your Sp. Atk!
  • Light Screen- (TM16)/ Reflect- (TM33)
Use these to make an unbeatable team- if this is your Specially Defensive Mr. Mime, use Light Screen!

In order to get Mr. Mime with Nasty Plot, pair it up with a Hypno that knows Nasty Plot from leveling up! Mine has Soundproof so it isn't affected by Drasna's Noivern's Boomburst! Then I shall defeat it with a Dazzling Gleam!
Change the last move up to your needs- If you'd like to defeat those pesky steel types, use a Focus Blast!

I wish that Mr.Mime can perfectly learn Mirror Shot,Mirror Coat and Counter attacks on it's own level and get rid of Magical Leaf.

DOuble/Triple Battle

Mr. Mime (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Charge Beam
- Icy Wind
- Teeter Dance
- Psychic

Icy Wind hits multiple Pokemon and lowers their Speed. It is also boosted by Technician. Charge Beam is boosted by Technician. I've said before that stat bosting was risky. However, when your stats are boosted by an attack, it is much less risky. Psychic is STAB. Teeter Dance cn be used with Own Tempo teammates to give Mr. Mime a better chance at survival.

Gen 6 Offensive Mr. Mime

Mr. Mime @ Life Orb
Ability: Filter
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock / Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball / Thunderbolt

Psyshock is one of the two STABs on this set and hurts special walls with low physical defences. Psychic can be used if you want a stronger hit. Both hit Fighting and Poison types.
Dazzling Gleam is the second STAB option and has general good coverage. Hits Dark, Dragon and Fighting types.
Focus Blast is used to deal with Steel types that resist both STAB options. Also hits Ice, Normal and Rock types.
Shadow Ball is used for other Psychic types and Ghost types. Thunderbolt can be used for Water and Flying types.

Gen 6
Mr. Mime @ Focus Sash
Ability: Filter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Timid Nature
- Fake Out
- Icy Wind
- Encore
- Wide Guard / Quick Guard

The idea is to be a really solid support in doubles. Fake out to shut down the threat. Icy wind lets you do some damage, however the main goal is to slow down both opposing Pokemon, making your other Pokemon have a better chance to out speed. Encore is to completely shut down the opponent in a move for 5 turns, so a Pokemon setting up won't threaten you for a good while. Wide guard or quick guard is used based on what your TEAM needs more; do you want multi-hits negated, or do you want fake out users or Scizors (any priority) getting shut down? now the filter ability and the EV spread is to let you live as long as you possibly can. Finally, timid nature is so you get a little more out speeds early game. Out speeding won't matter so much with a couple Icy winds. The focus sash is just incase you get hit really hard, or just to give the most survivability possible.

Role: Physical Attacker Ruiner

Mr. Mime (M) @ Flame Orb
Ability: Filter
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
• Trick
• Power Split
• Thunder Wave
• Protect

To make use of its move Trick it can be very annoying, especially with physical sweepers when you give them a Flame Orb which cuts your attack in half (Bye Azumarills). Once you have your Flame Orb taken away from you, you might want to use Protect and play it safe (and to give them the burn status) or use Power Split to make their attack cripple even more but risk getting killed. Thunder wave could be for stalling and for Fire types.
Other than that, cut your opponent's attack and/or speed, switch to another Pokemon, and sweep ahead. (or stall)

Gen 8

Mr. Mime (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Filter
EVs: 126 SpA / 252 SpD / 126 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Dazzling Gleam
- Copycat
- Shadow Ball

With the filter ability it will reduce the damage taken from super effective hits and its weaknesses to ghost and poison are mostly special attacking moves so it can help it tank those types of hit with those special def Evs. As for the moveset Psyshock is there to hit special walls on their weaker defensive side, dazzling gleam for coverage plus it gets a STAB boost. Copycat is there to make you a bit unpredictable and allows you to hit more Pokemon as well as poison toxic stalling walls that have the move toxic, plus Copycat allows you to use more variety of moves for example: if a hydreigon uses draco meteor and since it doesnt affect you, it gives you the opportunity to retalliate back with draco meteor. as for shadow ball, its just there for coverage and almost ever psychic type Pokemon has it

Gen 8 ZU

Mr. Mime @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Filter / Soundproof
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Psyshock
  • Dazzling Gleam
  • Trick
  • Nasty Plot / Focus Blast / Mystical Fire

Psyshock is STAB that hits Special walls. It also covers Poison types. Dazzling Gleam is STAB. Trick and a Choice Scarf allows Mr. Mime to cripple defensive Pokemon. Nasty Plot allows Mr. Mime to set up after Tricking the Choice Scarf, while Focus Blast covers Steels. One can choose the safe option and go with Mystical Fire, which has more accuracy and pairs pretty well in conjunction with Filter.

Ah, It's ash dad, this thing never really shined In any competitive scene.

Gen 8 AG (Cause ZU banned Light screen and Reflect)

A Supporting Mr.Mime! You've seen this a thousand times already.

Mr.Mime @ Light Clay
Ability: Filter
EVS: 104 HP / 128 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Teleport
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Taunt

Filter because YOUR SUPER EFFECTIVE MOVES MEAN NOTHING TO ME!

• Teleport

A Great Switching move, this move Is able to make your team healthy
and switch out with your screens in your team because It has bad
priority.

• Light Screen

Use this first If there's a special attacking Pokemon, this halves the
special attack of the opposing Pokemon like Cursola/Glaceon

• Reflect

Use this first If there's a physical attacking Pokemon, this halves the
physical attack of the opposing Pokemon like Flareon/Rhydon

• Taunt

This stops the defog users that are trying to nullify the effects of light screen/reflect

Role: Screen Setter

Gen 8 BDSP NU

Mr. Mime @ Light Clay
Ability: Filter
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Psychic / Dazzling Gleam
- Taunt / Healing Wish

A screens setter for BDSP NU if you want to use Screens HO. Light Screen and Reflect halves damage taken, which setup sweepers such as Gorebyss and Jynx appreciate. Psychic / Dazzling Gleam is used for a STAB move. Taunt stops defensive Pokemon from using moves like Stealth Rock as well as setup sweepers from setting up. Healing Wish can be used to give a sweeper a second chance at sweeping if you don't need to setup screens anymore in a game. Filter helps guarantee one of the screens get setup.

Gen V PU
Mr. Mime (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Charge Beam
- Icy Wind
- Magical Leaf

Explanation: Mr. Mime, while it does have a horrible design, its actually really solid to use as its a good special tank combined with its high special attack and solid speed it has access to the Technician ability that raises the power of moves lower than 60 base power, that explains the moveset provided for it, Psychic for STAB, Charge Beam is to raise its special attack to higher levels and will deal more damage with Technician with Icy Wind to lower the opponents speed whilst doing solid damage to Dragon types and Magical Leaf to counter some of the bulky Water types. Overall, Mr. Mime is really solid I highly recommend it

Just so you know, Technician boosts moves that are 60 BP or lower, so Psybeam won't get the Technician boost as its 65 BP. I suggest you replace Psybeam with Psychic, as while it doesn't receive the Technician boost, it'll have the same Base Power as a 60 BP move with the Technician boost, as well as Hidden Power Ice > Icy Wind as it has higher BP while still getting the Technician boost.
thanks for correcting me, I should probably teach it Confusion then as I want to make full use of that Technician ability or put Psychic as the alternative.
Confusion along with the Technician boost only has 75 BP, while Psychic has 90 BP.
Fair enough, I might as well change it to Psychic then, If your wondering why I put Icy Wind instead of Hidden Power Ice its because it will get the speed drop against the opponents that is useful in some situations. I will change my awnser, thanks for the help
