Can you tell me which whimsicott (with prankster ability) is faster in using taunts on other whimsicott with the same speed and IV boost??

When two Pokemon use a move with the same priority, whoever has the higher speed stat goes first. If they have equal speed, it's a 50/50 chance between them every turn.
