Gen 9 Monotype Loaded Dice (Ice/Dragon)

Baxcalibur @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Spear
- Glaive Rush
- Protect / Earthquake

This is a Dragon Dance set for Ice or Dragon teams in Gen 9 Monotype. Ice has Snow and Aurora Veil, so it can have defenses to setup while Snow and Aurora Veil are up. Dragon teams have Cyclizar's Shed Tail that gives you a Substitute that can be used to help setup provded it doesn't get broken. Dragon Dance is used for boosting your attack and speed, which can let you clean teams. Icicle Spear is for Ice STAB that will always hit 4 or 5 times thanks to Loaded Dice as long as it didn't get knocked off. Glaive Rush is used as a powerful Dragon STAB that has a drawback of making moves unable to miss you and deal twice the damage the turn after you use Glaive Rush. This is where Protect comes in. Protect not only allows you to scout opposing Pokemon, but it also allows you to bypass the drawback turn of Glaive Rush. If you want coverage over Protect, you can use Earthquake to target Steel-types such as Kingambit, Iron Treads, and Gholdengo.

Don't mean to be picky but Great Tusk isn't a steel type, do you mean Iron Treads?
Yeah, I meant Iron Treads. Thanks.
I run almost this exact set. I use tera blast electric instead of earthquake
Now Bax gets Scale Shot and becomes more OP at Monotype.

Gen 9 OU physical tank set (for both doubles and singles)
Item: Loaded Dice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Steel (chose it because it handles Baxcaliburs Rock and Fairy weaknesses)
EVs: 252 Atk, 222 HP, 36 Def
Nature: Impish (lowers SpA, boosts Def)/Adamant (lowers SpA, boosts Atk)
- Dragon Claw
- Icicle Spear
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head

Dragon Claw and Icicle Spear are STAB. Swords Dance is a great boosting move. Iron Head is to deal with Baxcaliburs Rock and Fairy weaknesses.

Gen 9 Monotype Swords Dance + Loaded Dice (Ice)

Baxcalibur @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Scale Shot
- Icicle Spear
- Earthquake

Well, Baxcalibur gets Scale Shot now, so here is a Swords Dance set Baxcalibur can use on Ice teams in Gen 9 Monotype. Ice has a viable Snow setter in Alolan Ninetales now, meaning Baxcalibur can utilize the defense boost from snow and Aurora Veil. The defenses allow Baxcalibur to easily use Swords Dance to boost its attack. And now comes the fun part: Loaded Dice Scale Shot. With Loaded Dice, Scale Shot is no longer an inconsistent Dragon STAB since it will make Scale Shot always hit 4 or 5 times provided you don't miss. Plus, Scale Shot boosts Baxcalibur's speed, which can make this ice dragon a scary threat. (Isn't life fun?) Icicle Spear is used for the Ice STAB since Loaded Dice also makes it hit 4 or 5 times, making it stronger than Icicle Crash. Earthquake allows Baxcalibur to hit Pokemon such as Gholdengo, Heatran, Toxapex, Empoleon, Kingambit, Iron Treads, and Hisuian Goodra super effectively. Jolly Nature gives Baxcalibur as much speed as possible, while Adamant Nature can be used to give Baxcalibur more power.

Gen 9 National Dex UU Choice Band

Baxcalibur @ Choice Band
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Fire / Electric
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Glaive Rush
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake / Tera Blast

A Choice Band set for National Dex UU. Choice Band is used to give a boost to Baxcalibur's base 145 attack, which allows Baxcalibur to go burrr. Glaive Rush is used for an incredibly powerful Dragon STAB. Icicle Crash is used for Ice STAB. Ice Shard is used for priority Ice STAB that allows you to revenge kill Pokemon such as Tornadus-Therian, non Tera Dragonite, and Thundurus. Earthquake is used as coverage against Steel-types such as Aegislash, Magnezone, Jirachi, and Mega Mawile and is used if you decide to not use Tera Blast on Baxcalibur. If you use Tera Blast, you should use either Fire or Electric as the Tera Type. Fire Tera Blast is also hit Steel-types with the addition of hitting Scizor and Celesteela super effectively. Electric Tera Blast can be used to form the BoltBeam (IceBlast in this case?) combo. This set uses Adamant Nature to let Baxcalibur hit as hard as possible, so you should use this set on Sticky Web teams to help Baxcalibur outspeed things.

would a choice scarf work better
This set uses Adamant Nature and Choice Band to focus on damage output, allowing Baxcalibur to go Baxcaliburr.

Baxcalibur, sad that it gets outsped by AV Roaring Moon
MrKensa: choice scarf

Baxcalibur @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Glaive Rush
- Icicle Crash
- Crunch/Zen Headbutt

Typical Baxcalibur moves. I know this is going to rise to OU since Chein-Pao was banned and people need Ice things for Ting-Lu and Great Tusk. You use this to hurt things that can make you sad, like tanky Garchomp and RM variants, as well as doing good damage to Gholdengo with Earthquake. Tera Dragon to make you neutral to Gholdengo's much hurting Make it Rains, as well as helping your Glaive Rush hurt an ungodly amount.

Things You Beat
Bulky Grounds (Ting-Lu, Great Tusk)
Most Garchomp
Roaring Moon
Gholdengo
Skeledirge

Things to watch out for
Faster Scarfers
Dragapult
Corviknight
Iron Moth

Top Teammate
Ting-Lu. TL can stand up to Drag and Iron Moth, and force Corviknight out with Whirlwind. In return, Ting-Lu gets removal of Tera Grass Skeledirge, Great Tusk, Garchomp, and opposing Ting-Lu so it can continue its Stealth Rock shenanigans. (As a bonus, Bax can switch in on Will-o-Wisps and possible Flamethrowers to get an attack boost)

Conclusion
This set hurts you on an emotional level, with Tera Dragon Glaive Rush ripping apart all but resists. And if it doesn't work out for you, at least it's better than Specs Haxorus.

Edit: As expected, Baxcalibur rose to OU. Tell all your friends I'm a god of time, and see all.

Baxcalibur Setup
Item: Metal Coat / Loaded Dice / Never-Melt Ice
Ability: Thermal Exchange
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Tera: Steel
-Earthquake
-Icicle Spear
-Tera Blast / Zen Headbutt
-Snowscape
So Metal Coat can be used for a Steel Tera Blast but Loaded Dice for Icicle Spear to hit more. Never-Melt Ice is used also for Icicle Spear, but for more damage. Earthquake for stab against Steel and Rock types. Body Press for Steel but Icicle Spear for more damage with the items I mentioned. Tera Blast (Steel) is for a coverage against Fairy types. Zen Headbutt for coverage against Fighting types. Snowscape is to boost some Defense and lets Icicle Spear hit for more damage.

Metronome actualy doesn't work for icicle spear, since it increases power on consecutive turns, not consecutive hits. Loaded Dice would be better here.
Oh I see, edited!

Gen 9 Monotype Dragon Dance + Freeze-Dry (Dragon)

Baxcalibur @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive / Naughty Nature
- Freeze-Dry
- Dragon Dance
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake / Glaive Rush

A Dragon Dance set with Freeze-Dry. Usually, Dragon Dance Baxcalibur struggles to beat Quagsire and to an extent, Physically Defensive Gastrodon. However, with Freeze-Dry, Baxcalibur can 2HKO the aforementioned Pokemon due to their 4x weakness to Freeze-Dry. The rest of the moveset is standard. Dragon Dance boosting Baxcalibur's Attack and Speed stats make it a scary threat. Icicle Crash is used for a powerfu Ice STAB. Earthquake provides coverage against Steel- and Fire-types such as Gholdengo, Torkoal, Iron Treads, Iron Moth, Kingambit, as well as Pokemon such as Toxapex. Glaive Rush can be used instead for a powerful Dragon STAB. Naive Nature is used for more speed, while Naughty Nature is used for more power.

wouldn't brave + ice shard be better than naughty?
Brave nature lowers speed, which isn't desirable, which is why Naughty nature is used
