Never heard of this before. What are they and what games are they in?

They're two varieties of sandwich picks. You need sandwich picks to make sandwiches in Scarlet/Violet. You add a pick after placing the top piece of bread.

These are both sandwich picks. They can be bought at Artisan Bakery in Levincia (near the southern Pokémon center). There are other locations as well, but that's my go-to since it's right by the center, and there are other Sandwich component shops all over the town.
