What Galar Pokemon are in Pokemon GO?

Question

I want to catch a Pure Galarian Pokemon (no regional forms), the First one I got was Zamazenta, and then Galarian Stunfisk and Galarian Darumaka, so I would recomend making a List putting First the Pure Galarian Pokemon and then the Galarian forms, in Pokemon GO so I am informed of what ones exist in the Game, plus I would like that anyone makes a List (for an answer) it would add if the Pokemon can be catched Right Now, so I don't question where are they, also 1) I'm intrested in The Galarian Legendary Birds, but I don't want to spend days searching for them. 2) the Country I get the Pokemon is Chile (because I live there) and if a Galarian Pokemon is exclusive to Somewhere, please let me know. Also i'm sorry if it's too long

Edit 2: I got a Galarian Farfetch'd, it's gonna be a Pain trying to evolve it
