Hisuian Zoroark is obtainable without hacking. It was released as a gift for pre-ordering the Scarlet and Violet DLC, so you can breed one to get a Hisuian Zorua as well.
More generally, Eggs bred from a hacked Pokemon are usually considered legitimate. Unless one has obviously cheated aspects like illegal moves, there's no way to determine if an Egg is hacked.
