Jumpluff @ No item / Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics / Aerial Ace
- Swords Dance
- Sleep Powder
- U-Turn

This is a good lead set. The plan here is for Jumpluff to go for the Sleep Powder first turn (and hope that it hits). Then, it is able to set up a Swords Dance on a switch/sleeping Pokemon. It can then go for Acrobatics or Aerial Ace. If you run no item on Jumpluff, definitely have it learn Acrobatics; it doubles the move's power from 55 to 110, then Flying STAB on top of that gives it a whopping 165 base power. That, plus the Attack boost, will be very effective. If you want to run Life Orb, then Aerial Ace is your best bet. Life Orb plus STAB gives it 117 base power - not as effective as the Acrobatics set but the never miss bonus is nice. U-Turn is just for escaping and allows for a switch in to take an expected Rock, Ice, or Fire type attack. The reason I don't recommend Bounce is because it's a two turn move, so your opponent has time to switch in order to take that.

Gen 3 OU
Jumpluff
Jumpluff @ Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Double-Edge / Return
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Swords Dance
- Synthesis

This set is for Gen 3. You can use Double Edge for a strong nuetral move, or you could run Return if you don't want to deal with the recoil damage. HP Flying is STAB and since this is for Gen 3, it's physical move and a better Flying Type STAB move than Aerial Ace. Swords Dance to boost your attacking moves. Synthesis is for healing and when used during Sunny Day, you recover more HP.

Jumpluff is in NU and Uber In the sun its speed is un-contested
I once saw this being ran and its sweep a team.
Ubers for being a great status spreader/troller

Jumpluff @ Wide Lens
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 128 HP / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain

Only problem with this one is if theirs a Sleep clause he can be kinda useless.

Fast, bulky support Jumpluff!

Jumpluff @ Wide Lens
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Bounce
- Encore
- Memento
- Sleep Powder

Bounce (STAB. 85 base power. 94% Accuracy with Wide Lens)
Encore (Locks foe into its last move for 3 turns)
Memento (Faints user but lowers foe's Attack and Special Attack by 2 stages)
Sleep Powder (83% Accuracy with Wide Lens)

This set takes full advantage of Infiltrator:
-Bounce can pass through Safeguard and paralyze foe
-Memento can pass through Mist and lower foe's stats
-Sleep Powder can pass through Safeguard to put foe to sleep
-ALL moves can pass through Substitute

I came up with this myself and is awesome for late game annoyance, and it usually kills at least one Pokemon (and leaves several asleep)

Jumpluff @ Wide Lens
Ability: Infiltrator
252 Spe / 252 HP / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Substitute
- Strength Sap
- Leech Seed

You come in and put the opponent to sleep, then Substitute. Once you're safe behind your sub, Leech Seed them and Strength Sap if they're a physical attacker, then stall from there. And if they wake up and break the sub, put them back to sleep. Try to force switches so you can get more opponents to sleep. Things that outspeed you are annoying for this, so I would recommend having some form of speed control. And Taunt is this thing's kryptonite, so if you think Taunt is coming, get out of there so you can get a free switch in. Note that you are walled by Grass types.

Gen 8 BDSP NU

Jumpluff
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 56 HP / 200 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Swords Dance

An itemless Swords Dance set. This set might look weird at first glance, but it works well. This set can 1v1 Regirock once you PP stall its Stone Edge. Acrobatics is flying STAB, and since you have no item on this set, the power of Acrobatics is immediately doubled. Substitute is useful for letting you avoid status conditions such as Thunder Wave from Regirock and Lanturn. Leech Seed allows you to chip opposing Pokemon and gain some HP back, which helps you 1v1 Regirock. Swords Dance is used to boost your attack to make Acrobatics be more powerful. 56 HP EVs is used to be able to use Substitute safely against a 16 SpA EV Lanturn Volt Switch.

Gen 8 BDSP NU

Jumpluff
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Acrobatics
- Sleep Powder / Seed Bomb / U-turn
- Strength Sap

Another Swords Dance set used in BDSP NU. Swords Dance is used to boost your attack. By not using an item on this set, your flying move Acrobatics will immediately have double power. Sleep Powder allows you to put opposing Pokemon to sleep, which can open up set up opportunities for Jumpluff. Seed Bomb can be used instead for a grass STAB that can deal super effective damage to Pokemon like Solrock, Rhydon, Regirock, and Lanturn. U-turn can also be considered to be able to pivot and chip Pokemon who check Jumpluff. Strength Sap provides you HP recovery and allows you to lower the attack stat of opposing Pokemon.
