Why can't I verify these sets in STABmons?

Question

I'm an Other Metagames player, so this might be a bit repetitive but why can't I verify these 3 sets? They appear just fine.

Tauros @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Substitute
- Close Combat

Gallade @ Life Orb
Ability: Sharpness
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shadow Claw
- Sacred Sword
- Victory Dance
- Psycho Cut

Kingambit @ Lum Berry
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Sucker Punch
- Gyro Ball
- Spin Out
- Wicked Blow

Upon verification, it seems that Tauros can't learn Extreme Speed, Gallade can't learn Victory Dance, and Kingambit can't learn Wicked Blow. But they're all STAB moves. How does this work?

According to the Smogon page for STABmons, the following moves are only available to Pokemon that learn them naturally:

Acupressure
Astral Barrage
Belly Drum
Dire Claw
Extreme Speed
Fillet Away
Gigaton Hammer
Last Respects
No Retreat
Revival Blessing
Shell Smash
Shift Gear
V-create
Victory Dance
Wicked Blow

STABmons (Smogon)

Therefore, none of your three will ever be valid with those moves, unfortunately.
