Is there an item that can make an ability activate after it has been used?

I'm making a team, and I was wondering for a Pokemon like mimikyu, who has an ability that is consumed after on use, is there an item that can make it happen twice? I doubt there is, but gen nine added like, thousands of items so I was just wondering

The only items that affect Abilities are the Ability Capsule, Ability Patch, and Ability Shield. None of these have the effect you're describing, unfortunately.
