How do you get the Lottery Shop that has a chance to give you a Masterball in Pokémon USUM?

Answering this so this question can have a correct answer. There's a certain Lottery Shop name you need if you want to have one that has a chance to give you a Master Ball as a prize. The name you'll want to look for is Big Dreams. (Source) That being said, there are 2 methods to get a Big Dreams Shop:

1: Continue leveling up your Festival Plaze rank and hope that Sophocles will offer a Big Dreams shop, or
2: Select the "Do you know any good facilities?" option when talking to visitors in your Festival Plaza and hope they have a Big Dreams Lottery Shop as their favorite so you they can introduce it to you to have it at your Festival Plaza.

The Master Ball is the top prize obtained from the Poké ID Lotto in Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. It is awarded when all 5 digits of one of your Pokémon's ID numbers matches the one chosen by the lottery, which is a 966/100,000 chance. Catching more Pokémon can increase your odds of winning.
