Can a lvl 46 smoochum evolve in bdsp?

I have a lvl 46 smoochum in bdsp and am wondering if it’s too late for an evo.

Yes, your Smoochum can still evolve into Jynx at level 46. Smoochum evolves into Jynx starting at level 30. This means that it will evolve after leveling up to level 30 or more while in your party. Just level it up, either by battling or giving it a Rare Candy, and it'll evolve as per usual.
