If 2 Shedinjas face each other, both being the last mons of their respective trainers, having no moves that can affect each other, and Struggle doesn't working because it is not supereffective, and therefore, when a recoil move fails, the user doesn't take damage, will it be an endless battle?

Struggle hits through Shedinja's Wonder Guard. Although both Shedinja would faint from it, the one who attacks first will win the battle.
Struggle can hit Shedinja

edit: i didnt read the comment above me lmfao

Actually, Struggle is a typeless move. This means that it can hit Shedinja, regardless of Wonder Guard or not. Therefore, your Shedinja just has to be faster than the opponents Shedinja for you to run out of PP for all of your moves and then use Struggle to hit the opponents Shedinja, winning you the game.

A game where I tested this.

A. There are two comments about Struggle hitting Shedinja above
B. Couldn’t you just have used Assault Vest and Spite or something
oh I didn't think of Spite and Assault Vest lol
but I knew about the Struggle thing before the comments
