Does Terastalization boost both parts of Flying Press?

If my Hawlucha Terastalize to Fighting, will it boost the damage that I deal on Grass types, for example?

Yes, Flying Press would still receive the damage boost from Terastalization, regardless of what it's dealing damage to. Though Flying Press has a unique type chart, it still gains Fighting-type STAB, and benefits from Terastalization as any offensive Fighting-type move would.
