Can Pokemon that you catch with the fishing rod have time of day marks and weather marks in Pokemon swsh?

the Pokemon you fish up can have personality marks, I know that, but can they have weather marks and time of day marks?? I can’t find anything online so I just decided to post

Yes. There are no restrictions on Marks for Pokémon obtained via fishing.

Wild Pokémon may have marks when encountered in a symbol encounter or hidden encounter, or while fishing.
