Can I lower my ally's speed in double battles?

I want to lower my ally's speed stat during a double battle, it can't be a self induced stat reduction like holding the iron ball or anything. It has to be a stat reduction done by my other Pokemon, is it possible and if yes how?

I mean, speed lowering moves can obviously lower it. If it's turn order you wanna push back, quash also works. But yeah, almost all single target speed reducing moves can lower you're ally's speed
