How does muti hitting moves splitting damage get impacted by telepathy?

So like your eq's damage is 0.75 if it hits or tries to hit more than one target but I think it doesent try to hit friendly mons with telepathy so like if your mon with telepathy kos one of the opposing mons and you use eq on the other mon would it hit the remaining enemy mon for normal damage or 0.75 damage

Telepathy is implemented as a regular immunity, like Water Absorb or Soundproof. I'm assuming it behaves the same way and that the damage is still spread. The number of targets is accounted for earlier, right before all kinds of immunities are checked.
