What are all the Pokemon that have a fear of something according to their Pokedex entries?

I want the Pokemon that have an anxiety in their pokedex entries like skovet or H-goodra, In this question I define anxiety as scared of a specific thing happening.

No idea why your question was downvoted this is very interesting. One issue though it that there are different phrasings of pokedex entries depending on the game. How would you count any incosistancies in the varying game dexs?
