What are all the Pokemon that have a fear of something according to their Pokedex entries?

I want the Pokemon that have an anxiety in their pokedex entries like skovet or H-goodra, In this question I define anxiety as scared of a specific thing happening.

This is the type of question that is tedious to answer because you would have to scroll through the dex entries of all 1000+ Pokemon. Is there a specific reason you're asking this question?

Plus the fact every one of the 1025 Pokémon have multiple different dex entries for every game they have been in  and some have multiple forms with different dex entries

No idea why your question was downvoted this is very interesting. One issue though it that there are different phrasings of pokedex entries depending on the game. How would you count any incosistancies in the varying game dexs?
