Vivillon captured in the main game are all Meadow Pattern. You can get the Marine Pattern form by evolving the Spewpa you receive from Side Mission 21.

Mega Dimension added the Garden Pattern.

To put it succinctly...

Meadow Pattern Locations: Wild Zone 13, Wild Zone 20, Bleu District, Jaune District, Magenta District, Rouge District, Vert District
Marine Pattern Location: Obtain Spewpa from Lumiose Museum and evolve it.
Garden Pattern Locations: Hyperspace Lumiose - Flying (1 Star), Bug (1 Star)
