Stats taken from this site's Pokedex with stats, math done with Google sheets. Any numerical errors should be the fault of incorrect stats on the type pages. These numbers treat different forms of the same Pokemon as different Pokemon. Some of these forms have no difference in type or statistics, for example, Toxtricity, Squawkabilly, and Dudunsparce. Given that there aren't very many of these Pokemon, yes, they will affect the numbers, but they should not be significantly different.

Interestingly, Bulbapedia lists these numbers, as the averages for stats (from top to bottom, HP, atk, def, sp. atk, sp. def, speed, BST) on their pages for each type, with some of the numbers being different. This is likely due to different forms of Pokemon not being counted the way they are with my numbers (see the second to last sentence of my paragraph above).
