So what did Pokemon Champions change in VGC and what is in it?

Question

I want a nice well organized answer using correct formatting, grammar etc. A list can be accepted, though it won’t get as much points. The answer should be accurate, not be missing a good amount of stuff, not a half answer, and have sources shown. I want this to used as a guide so other players know and can use it to help them with their competitive experience. I thank you and good luck to the people who plan on answering this question.
