Showdown command: /nds psychic-type, reflect, light screen - massive thanks to Sabre for reminding me that the moveset searcher only checks for the current generation. I definitely didn't then just type /ds and have to write out the list a third time either... (the reason I didn't use Showdown first was because I'm unfamiliar with the commands)

For future reference, you can also type this on Showdown!:
/ds psychic-type, reflect, light screen, all (add /nds instead to include national dex movesets)

Your answer is missing Wyrdeer, Tapu Lele, Raichu-Alola, Munna line, Natu line etc. which may not be just non-SV Pokemon as Wyrdeer was absent
Wyrdeer was absent because I was relying on my Pokemon knowledge and my incredibly unreliable identifying skills to pick out the Psychic types from the list... this was a needed lesson in humbleness, so thank you
or you could go to national dex and search
