Mystery islands in Sinnoh?

i have a diamond and on the map next iron and fullmoon isalnds there these very very small isalnds what are they?how do i get there?

There is fullmoon island where Cresslia can be found at some point in the game which you can go there on the boat where it takes you to iron island.

In new moon island you can only get there through a special even which passed a LONG time ago which gives you access to the locked door in canalave city in which a guy in there hypnotizes you into New moon island where you can catch Darkrai there.

if its the two tiny islands near the main land then i dont know but next to full moon island is new moon island where you can catch darkri. But the event has already passed:(
