How do I obtain the HM 'Strength' in Diamond?

Im trying to get to lake acuity but first I need to get through Mount coronet and Im blocked by a satone which I need to shift, but I dont know how to get strenght. Please help!

It's on the top floor of Lost Tower, which is on Route 209. To get there, fly to Solaceon Town then go south until you reach the tower on your right:

Go inside and reach 5F. The old lady on the left will give you HM04 (Strength).

If you're playing Platinum, you get Strength from Riley on Iron Island instead.
